Clarinbridge National School

Clarinbridge National School

This project is an extension to an existing national school in the coastal village of Clarinbridge, County Galway. It involved the construction of two new classrooms, sports hall, staff room, and the renovation of two existing classrooms. The single-story classrooms are built at right angles to the original 1959 school building, creating a unified elevation, as a continuation of the village along the public road. The traditional construction methods and easily sourced materials allowed the project to be built by a local housebuilder.
